Spring Training is in full swing and like a lot of other people, I'm anxiously anticipating the upcoming season! But....what the heck is going on at the Mets spring training?? Are they playing baseball or rehearsing for a production of "Gigi"?
And what's up with this?? Get a room, guys!!
And poor Jose....the ball always seems to find his....."groin"! Ouch!! He has a history of getting hit in the jewels.....and he won't wear a cup!! For real!
I can't wait for baseball season to start!!! ;D

oh no... how can you say that hoosiercop,,,, sigh... I enjoy each game I watch just for the fun of the sport and the indiviual game. True, there is the ultimate goal that is the World Series and that is a VERY LONG STRETCH. But, I see baseball a chance to just relax and enjoy a good baseball game with family & friends, I think it's the reason baseball was given the tag as America's Pasttime. Especially in todays fast paced world, baseball lets me just sit, talk with the ones with me, eat a hotdog or two, have a soda water, some nachos, and root for the home team. The troubles of the my world won't go away, but during those nine innings, I can. It's about as American and apple pie as you can get, something I think we as a nation could use about now. Our American sensibilities have been warpped, twisted, and abused far too much and way too long in the last ten - twenty years.
P.S. and you get the seventh inning stretch .... that's a plus.

Non, no. Golf is about as exciting as watching paint dry. Baseball, on the other hand has action and drama. A game can literally turn on a bounce. I'm not a big fan, and don't sit glued to te set when a game is on, but I can enjoy watching a game.
